Slashing

Slashing is a crucial mechanism in the Nerif Network to address malicious behavior by validators. When a validator engages in misconduct, the network can vote for slashing. This results in the banned validator losing network access and their staked tokens being distributed proportionally among other participants. Once banned, a validator cannot rejoin the network, ensuring ongoing network integrity and security.
